When I got her she didn't have anything after market on her. The first thing I did was bought some saddle bags, a windshield, and passenger boards because if Momma's not happy, nobody's happy. Since then I've also added a crash bar, highway pegs, a windshield bag, throttle lock, a laydown chrome license plate holder, and smoked lenses to my turn signals. You can definitely tell that the bike is now mine. Her name is Lilith.
Shortly after I bought my bike, my Dad bought a 2005 Harley Davidson Road King Custom. Very pretty bike and very loud. It's weird to think that both my Dad and I own Harley's and all we want to do is ride.
The first year I had her I put on a little over 6500 miles. This year is probably going to be a lot more but we shall see. A few of my buddies and I rode up the river to check out the scenery in October. It was my furthest ride consisting of about 600 miles round trip.
So far this year I've already gotten several rides planned. In June my Dad, Brother, Father in Law, and I are all riding to Michigan to go to a NASCAR race. It could be very interesting riding with that group considering two of them have probably never rode more than 100 miles in a day.
Just waiting on the weather to get nice so I can do some riding.
